Refund & Cancellation Policy

Government Fees: Once a government fee (e.g., trademark, copyright, or patent filing fee) has been paid to the relevant authority, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, as this is paid directly to and retained by the government, not by us.

Professional Fees: Refund eligibility for our professional/service fees depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation and is assessed on a case-by-case basis for each engagement.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an engagement, email bharityaipsolutions@gmail.com with your enquiry/order reference, and we'll confirm the status of your application and any applicable refund.
